On December 29, PHBS welcomed visitors from Texas A&M Univesrsity, USA. Haibo Wang, Associate Professor of Decision Sciences and International Liaison at A.R. Sanchez Jr. School of Business, at Texas A&M Laredo, postgraduate students and several MBA students, mainly from the university’s school of business, spent the day here.
It was the first time in China for most of the students who said that and they were really happy and eager to learn about Chinese culture and history.
After a PKUSZ campus tour guests attended a meeting to introduce PHBS and the role it plays in bringing East and West together. PHBS faculty members Terrill Frantz and Young Joon Park, as well as MBA office director Mao Na, accompanied the guests throughout the day.

The event provided the occasion to exchange ideas about international education from local, American, and international perspectives. Students from Texas A&M raised questions, such as requirements for international student admission, core courses of the MS program, and characteristics of the MBA program, etc.
