Leadership Research Center of Peking University HSBC Business School(PLC) is a research institution with international standard and Chinese features. It’s dedicated to exploring the role of leadership, establishing leadership models, developing leadership tools and sharing leadership wisdom to build leaders in today’s and tomorrow’s worlds. The Director of PLC is PHBS Professor Xiao Zhixing, Ph. D in Management . And the executive director is Yang Sizhuo, who is also specializing in leadership and management.

      Peking University as a comprehensive university with domestic and international reputation, has wide range of disciplines, deeply academic tradition, laid a solid foundation of leadership blend in interdisciplinary research.
