Asia-Pacific Student Entrepreneurship Society (ASES) is an international student organization whose vision is to unite and educate promising world-class business and technology leaders. It was established in Stanford University in 2000. Now our global presence spans more than ten countries with chapters in Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, and more. The ever expanding ASES Global network is a tremendous asset for aspiring student entrepreneurs on both sides of the Pacific, providing a forum to meet and interact with hundreds of like-minded students around the world. The ASES International network has created lasting friendships that have led to business partnerships and start-ups after graduation – a validation that ASES International continues to foster and grow transpacific business leaders for the future.

ASES-SZ was founded in 2009 with the great support from Peking University HSBC Business School. ASES-SZ consists of members from all three universities here in the university town, i.e. Peking University, Tsinghua University and Harbin Institute of Technology. Also, we set up a branch in Shenzhen University. We are determined to make ASES-SZ an active chapter and well-functioned student association here, in a most innovative city Shenzhen. In the coming years, ASES-SZ will continue to drive forward its founding visions and create new tools to empower globally-collaborative entrepreneurial projects.
