Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS) held its admissions webinar for 2021\22 intake last Friday. This webinar gave prospective students detailed introduction to the school, two campuses as well as specific programs and get them well informed about the admission requirements and application steps.

Professor Young Joon Park, assistant dean of international affairs, provided a detailed introduction on PHBS, ranging from its curriculum design, course arrangement, faculty team, international cooperation, and student diversity. Park also talked about the school’s online courses and responses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
Professor Guy Liu talks about UK campus
 
Professor Guy Liu, the head of the UK campus, elaborated on curriculum design, course arrangement, accommodation and activities to help them know more about the cross-board programs. In addition, he also talked about the donations and efforts that UK campus and PHBS made to support the frontline personnel in the UK to combat the COVID-19.
 
Safa Saidani, international marketing specialist, talked about the admission, including application steps, GPA requirements, document preparation, visa and scholarships. She also took questions from participants concerning issues like course selection and exemption.
 
Tatiana Kurbanova from UK campus shared her experience
 
Tatiana Kurbanova and Adel Moin from UK campus shared their views about on how to learn and understand the unique academic experience the school offers. Jose Shin from Shenzhen campus gave advice on their expectations, course selection and involvement to our community. Brandon Stefano, president of international student union, spoke on topics concerning student union, as well as activities on campus. In the Q&A session, international office answered questions about scholarships, Chinese language course, internships and curriculum design.
