China Center for Enterprise Information (CEI), established in 2017, is a research institution within Peking University HSBC Business School. Currently, it is dedicated to research and development in the field of artificial intelligence. CEI aims to develop an intelligent enterprise information database software that combines artificial intelligence technology with knowledge from business studies (management, finance, and economics). The center intends to build an intelligent teaching and research platform to assist faculty members in the business school in efficiently and effectively conducting their daily teaching and research tasks. Leveraging AI and big data platforms, the Enterprise Information Center conducts micro-level big data empirical research centered around case studies of private enterprise development, with a focus on Shenzhen, to establish a resource repository for the development of the private economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even the whole country. Additionally, the center possesses comprehensive case production capabilities, including content planning, data collection, writing, filming, editing, voice-over, subtitling, and overall presentation. It has also acquired preliminary knowledge of panoramic, holographic, and VR filming techniques, providing favorable support for classroom teaching by instructors.
