2.Graduation certificate and degree diploma: The documents must be certified copies in Chinese or English. Upload the documents online and send hard copies.

3.Official transcripts of academic achievement, including courses taken and standards achieved: The documents must be original or certified copies in Chinese or English. Upload the documents online and send hard copies. First or 2:1 Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent.

4.Statement of Purpose in English (no longer than two pages, double-spaced): Download the template here. Upload the statement online.

5.Two recommendation letters: The recommendation letters must be original documents in Chinese or English. Please click here to download the template. The recommendation letters must be either sent directly from the recommender to the school via email or sealed and signed by the recommender if sent via regular mail.

6.Certified score reports of TOEFL or IELTS: Upload the score online.

7.One photocopy of your valid passport: the passport must be an ordinary type. Upload a copy of the passport online.

8.Resume: Upload the Resume online.

9.Any other original achievement in your field if you have: Upload the documents online.

2.Photocopy of ID.
For international applicants: one photocopy of valid passport: the passport must be an ordinary type. Upload a copy of the passport online.
For applicants from mainland China: one photocopy of valid Resident ID.
For applicants from Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan: one photocopy of valid Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan permanent resident ID card, and one photocopy of Residence or Travel Permit issued by P.R.China.

4.Any other supporting materials: Upload the documents online.

Medical Insurance:All students must be medically insured throughout their entire planned period of study. Students who do not have valid medical insurance are required to purchase insurance or the Comprehensive Insurance Plan of Foreign Students on the day of registration.

Visa Information:International students admitted to the PHBS CCS programme must apply for the visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country with the letter of admission and JW202 form provided by the school.
