PHBS Graduates Achieve 97.3% Initial Employment Rate

According to recent employment data, among the 370 Chinese full-time master's graduates (including 23 full-time MBA students) from PHBS, 19 will pursue further studies at leading universities in China and abroad, while 341 have secured job offers, bringing the initial employment rate to 97.3 percent. The strong employment outcomes reflect the school's sustained commitment to preparing students for high-quality career development.



In terms of career placement, half of the graduates entered the financial sector — 19 percent in policy and commercial banks, 12 percent in public offering funds, and 19 percent in securities firms, insurance asset management, and wealth management institutions. Another 31 percent chose careers in technology and the real economy, with 18 percent joining internet technology firms and 13 percent entering real-economy companies. Additionally, 14 percent of graduates are engaged in public governance and policy practice.


Beijing, Shenzhen, and Shanghai remained the top destinations, accounting for 37 percent, 20 percent, and 14 percent of placements respectively, while 20 percent of graduates chose to explore opportunities in other cities.


Among the 23 full-time MBA graduates, 24 percent entered the technology industry, 24 percent chose innovation and entrepreneurship, 24 percent joined government agencies, 14 percent pursued careers in finance, 9 percent entered the energy sector, and 5 percent opted for careers in wholesale and retail.
