The Cambridge Judge Business School Global Executive MBA & Peking University HSBC Business School Master or Certificate in China Studies for Economics & Management (MCS/CCS) Cooperative Programme is a unique collaboration by two of the world’s leading business schools, designed to set an international benchmark for executive studies with in-depth China insight. This part-time cooperative programme aims to attract students with a business management background from all over the world.
GEMBA courses will be delivered equally in Shenzhen and Cambridge, whilst the MCS/CCS is delivered in Shenzhen, Beijing, or other cities in China.
Upon meeting the graduation requirements, students of this programme will receive an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree or Certificate from Peking University.

In March 2019, Cambridge University and Peking University signed a memorandum of cooperation, specifically mentioning that the two universities will strengthen their cooperation in education and scientific research in Shenzhen.

In December 2019, Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) and Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS) formally launched a cooperative executive education programme.

In March 2020, CJBS, PHBS and Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen signed a memorandum of intent to launch two non-degree executive education programmes on innovation and international management.

On August 27th, 2021, CJBS and PHBS announced a Cooperative Programme in Shenzhen, China, extending previous business-education collaboration between the two institutions. The Cooperative Programme consists of a new Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) programme from CJBS and a Master's / Certificate programme in China Studies for Economics and Management (MCS/CCS) from PHBS.
