On Friday, December 7
th, a group of faculty and staff members from Zhejiang University visited HSBC Business School in order to discuss future cooperation and to seek insights on PHBS’ EMBA and Master’s programs. The Zhejiang faculty and staff sat down with PHBS representatives from the EMBA, EDP, and full-time Master’s programs. Yu Zhou, Assistant Professor of Economics, Hu Xiaotian, Director of the EMBA program, and Shikun Li, Recruitment Manager for the EDP program, were all in attendance to introduce the various programs available at PHBS.
Zhejiang University, one of China’s premiere institutions of higher learning, is seeking greater international representation among its student body and its curriculum. The two schools met to discuss their respective experiences in internationalization and on expanding the academic tracks available at each school. Within this conversation there was interest expressed for future, formalized cooperation between the two universities. The dialogue will continue in the coming months, and is another step in strengthening ties between China’s top graduate programs.
