Student Testimonials

If I were ever asked to pick a highlight of my life to share, it would undoubtedly be the chapter I spent at Peking University. Enrolling in the Master’s in Finance program was more than an academic pursuit—it was an invitation to immerse myself in the heart of China’s dynamic economic ecosystem. The program not only offered a structured and insightful overview of the Chinese economy through the lens of finance, it unlocked opportunities to explore China’s dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, unique financial systems, and regulatory landscape. Guided by experienced professors and enriched by interactions with local businesses, I gained a profound understanding of what it takes to navigate the complexities of doing business in China.

Peking University’s cosmopolitan learning environment fostered connections that went far beyond the classroom. I had the privilege of building lasting friendships with young professionals from all over the world, each bringing unique perspectives that expanded my horizons. The emphasis on global collaboration extended seamlessly into the local community and vibrant student body, where I found myself embracing the beauty of Chinese culture—from the endless nights filled with laughter by Mirror Lake, to festive gatherings meticulously organized by PHBS , and memorable sightseeing adventures with my new friends.

My time at Peking University left me with a richer, more interconnected view of the world. I highly recommend you to experience this transformative journey for yourself!

Student Testimonials

Studying at PHBS and living in Shenzhen has been one of the best experiences of my life. During my time at the school, I pursued a Master of Management, which offered both challenging courses and hands-on projects. These helped me gain a clear understanding of management principles and how business works in China. The school also organized company visits, giving me a chance to see how startups and young businesses are supported in Shenzhen.

One of the things I enjoyed most was meeting students from China and all over the world. Talking and working with them allowed us to share our experiences and ideas. It was an amazing opportunity to learn from others and build friendships that I will always treasure.

Writing my thesis was another key part of my journey. It taught me how to do professional research, which helped me grow academically and personally.

Living in Shenzhen itself was incredible. The city is full of modern technology, which inspired me every day. Traveling around China was also exciting, as I got to explore the country’s rich culture and see how much it is developing.

My time at PHBS and in Shenzhen has been unforgettable. It has shaped me both as a student and as a person, and I look forward to seeing many new talents from PHBS.
