Admissions are based on an application-review system. We welcome international students to apply for the Executive MBA (EMBA) Program, a professional master's degree at Peking University HSBC Business School. Students must complete all required coursework within the specified duration, obtain passing grades, fulfill credit requirements, and successfully defend their master's thesis. Upon approval by the university's Degree Evaluation Committee, the Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Peking University will be awarded.
The curriculum includes:
- Core modules in economics, finance, leadership, and strategy
- Elective courses on innovation, digital transformation, family business, etc.
- Global immersion modules and integrative projects
Final admissions decisions are made by the Peking University Graduate School, based on the interview and overall assessment. The list of admitted students will be published by the Office of International Students.
1. The interview consists of a self-introduction, a random question round, and a Q&A session. The admissions committee evaluates applicants on expertise and communication skills.

An admissions committee at PHBS will review application materials to assess character, academic background, research capability, and leadership potential. Qualified applicants will be invited for an interview. False information will result in disqualification.
1. Non-Chinese citizenship, with a valid foreign passport. Applicants from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan who have obtained foreign citizenship must have held their foreign nationality before April 30, 2019.
2. Must hold a bachelor's degree. Degrees from institutions outside Mainland China must be recognized by China's Ministry of Education.
3. Academic performance and language ability must meet the program's standards.
4. Minimum 8 years of full-time work experience and 5 years of managerial experience.
5. Good physical and mental health, with no criminal record and in compliance with Chinese laws and university regulations.
Study Format: Part-time, with intensive courses four days per month (Thursday to Sunday).
Location: PHBS, Shenzhen (University Town campus).
Program Length: 2 years (standard duration).
Language of Instruction: Chinese.
