From 12th to 14th April, Yuan Zhang, PHSB year 2009 student, as the representative of Chinese student went to the Pacific States University, California for the first Global Social Enterprise Leaders Summit. The Public Welfare Plan proposed by Yuan Zhang won the first prize among Public Start-up Projects. She also successfully made to the final six and got the chance to compete for risk management.

During 16th to 18th April, Yuan Zhang was invited to attend the 2010 Clinton Global Initiative held in the University of Miami and was received by Clinton. She was offered a full scholarship of $ 4000 by the program organizer of Empowering Chinese Social Enterprise Leaders.
