During 29th January to 18th February, 9 students from year 2008 and year 2009 of HSBC School of Business went to America to attend Columbia-China Youth Development Program. All the 9 students are the top students from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Students had the opportunity to attend seminars given by successful people from Wall Street, consultancy and media. Besides, they also visited IBM, Bloomberg, New York Security Exchange, Federal Reserve Bank of New York and other world class enterprises, as well as first-tier Universities, such as the University of Harvard, MIT, Yale, Pennsylvania, Chicago, Stanford and UC Berkeley.

This winter vocation exchange program has greatly deepened students’ understanding of American culture, broadened their global vision and enhanced their knowledge to the major they have chosen.

These 9 students of PHSB have got the full scholarship offered by the program and were highly praised and recognized by the organizer from their excellent performance shown in Group Competition. HSBC School of Business will encourage students to attend more international exchange programs in the future and endeavor further to build a world class business school.
