Peking University, set up in 1898, and HSBC Group, set up in 1864 joint their hands in the year of 2008. The combination of over a hundred years of academic traditions in Peking University with the business intelligence and international advantages of HSBC earns PHSB great competitiveness. Prof. Wen Hai, Vice President of Peking University and Dean of PHSB, has set a high goal for the business school, which is to build it in a disciplined way like the military school West Point. He calls for responsibility, honor and belief in the hope that all these will make students from PHSB outstanding leaders in the business circle in the near future.
