Peking University HSBC Business School master of Economics program was granted EPAS accreditation on 15th Sep 2011, in an accreditation meeting of European Foundation for Management Development (short as EFMD) held in Brussels, Belgium, the headquarter of EFMD.

EFMD gave high recognation to the teaching method and academic development of PHBS, as well as outstanding faculty and excellent students. Meanwhile, EFMD encouraged PHBS to be more successful in the next three years.

EFMD was founded in 1971, with the misssion to advance the development of management program in the world. It has more than 650 organizations in 70 countries, including first-class business schools, consulting firms, and public organizations. EPAS, (EFMD Program Accreditation System), is one of the two international education accreditation systems and is wellknown around the world for its continious preciseness and top-tier quality.

PHBS was accepted as an official member of EFMD in December 2009. Supported by faculty, current students and alumni, PHBS constantly improves its teaching facility and quality, seeks for international standard and has eventually been granted EPAS accreditation within less than two years. The aknowledgement of world-class management organization lays another new milestone of PHBS during its journey of development.
