9th Jan 2010, HSBC School of Business was informed by Ms Liliane that EFMD Affiliated Membership of our institution was approved on Tuesday, 29 December 2009 by the EFMD Membership Review Committee. Final approval will take place during the EFMD Annual General Assembly on 7th June 2010.

EFMD, with its head office in Brussels, Belgium, is a global organisation devoted to the continuous improvement of management development. It brings together leading academics and senior executives from business schools and companies and provides them with unparalleled benchmarking and networking opportunities. EFMD has over 700 member organisations from academia, business, public service and consultancy in more than 80 countries.

HSBC School of Business will abide by its promise to participate actively in the network and cooperate further with other EFMD members to enhance the mutual communication of managerial theories and experiences. The approval of EFMD membership will significantly improve the international status and influence of HSBC School of Business.
