On Aug. 30, HSBC  (Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited) donated to Peking University and the signing ceremony was held in Peking University Hall with all solemnity. Meanwhile, PKU Shenzhen School of Business was officially renamed HSBC School of Business.

Extensive attentions from the domestic media have been attracted to this historical event, producing much coverage of the renaming of our school. Chinanews, Xinhuanet, Mingpao and Beijing News reported this cooperation between Peking University and HSBC.
