PHBS Delegation Visits Cambridge Judge Business School

On March 26, 2018, PHBS Dean Wen Hai and some PHBS faculty paid a visit to Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS), and had a  meeting with Dean Christopher Loch on exchanges and cooperation in scientific research and education. 
 
The meeting between PHBS and CJBS 
 
Dean Christopher Loch firstly extend his welcome to Dean Wen Hai and PHBS faculty. After the welcome address, Hanadi Jabado, Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre introduced the disciplines, faculty members, international cooperation and innovation. Professor Stellios Kavadias, Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre then introduced the innovation achievements and business incubation programs of the center. David Stillwell, Deputy Director of the Psychometrics Centre illustrated their progress in big data, innovative research and business practices.

In  2016 Times Higher Education World University Rankings of Business Education, University of Cambridge took the seventh place, which following the rank of Harvard University and Northwest University. Cambridge Judge pursues innovation through inter-disciplinary insight, entrepreneurial spirit and collaboration, it has cultivated a great bunch of senior managers, which including directors of luxury brands, fund managers employed by Warren Buffett and founder of high-tech company in Silicon Valley. 
 
PHBS Dean Hai talks with CJBS Dean Loch 

Dean Wen Hai introduced disciplines, programs, faculty members and internationalization progress of PHBS. After his introduction, Dean Loch, on behalf of Cambridge Judge Business School, expressed their willingness of seeking more cooperation with China, this communication occasion with PHBS exactly marked an in-depth communication on international cooperation. Dean Loch paid a visit to PHBS in February 2018, he visited Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industries Cooperation Zone and interviewed the representative from Department of Qianhai Zone Administration.

Other CJBS program directors and faculty members; PHBS Deputy-Dean Ting Ren, PHBS EDP Program Director Wei Wei, Dean’s Office Director Fanshan Zhang, Dean’s Office Vice Director Wenhang Wu all attended the meeting.
