2019 PHBS Student Forum attracted more than 160 excellent students from key universities nationwide, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Renmin University of China .A full schedule of the five-day event featured academic seminars, paper presentations, team building activities and a dialogue with professors.

After the opening ceremony, students participated in several academic sessions featured their research papers including such topics as international trade, international finance, corporate governance, business management, micro-financial markets, banking, macroeconomic policy, social economic issues and among others.

Participants also attended a face-to-face dialogue with PHBS professors. Six professors introduced the school's programs, high-quality faculty as well as research achievements, and  answered students' questions regarding program curriculum and hot topics issues in financial sector.

It was followed by a talent show , featuring choruses, dance performances, and skits with a number of students from different universities participating.

At the closing ceremony, Assistant Professor Shi Jiao gave a detailed summary of the academic sessions and shared her views on how to conduct research. Chen Yuxing, a student from Jilin University, shared her five-day memorable experience, saying that this forum allowed her to know the charm of PHBS, learn a lot and make good friends. 

Dean Hai Wen, Assistant Dean Young Jun Park and Assistant Professor Shi Jiao and presented the Best Team Award, the Best Academic Award and the Best Innovative Spirit Award for the three outstanding groups during the forum.
