To participate to the continuous development of the Peking University HSBC Business School UK Campus impact on the industry as well as Peking University HSBC Business School UK Campus programs, the Campus is recruiting at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level in Finance and Management.  
 
Two positions are open with this specialization. Faculty appointments will be made at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor commensurate with current academic standing and achievement. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience and ability to teach both introductory and advanced graduate classes on finance and management (broadly defined) with a typical teaching load of 4 courses per academic year. 
 
 
Qualifications: 

• Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Finance/Management or expect to receive one before July 2024. 
• Demonstrated high potential in research, and ability to teach in academic programs. 
• Energy, dynamism, conviction. 
• Desire to actively engage in all areas of Faculty life. 
• Personal and professional ethics. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• High level of fluency in English. 

 
Main tasks: 

• Establishing an outstanding record of independent and internationally recognized research.
• Teaching and mentoring of students. 
•  Contributions to the university self-administration are expected. 

 
Rank of appointment and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary and conditions will be competitive with leading European Business Schools.
