THOMSON/REFINITIV DATA maintains the most complete global equity share ownership data in the industry, providing insight into “who owns what” for global public equities. PHBS has access to 13F INSTITUTIONAL HOLDINGS and MUTUAL FUNDS.
(1) 13F INSTITUTIONAL HOLDINGS: Access Institutional Common Stock Holdings and Transactions, as reported on Form 13F filed with the U.S. SEC by institutional managers with $100 m or more in Assets Under Management.
(2) MUTUAL FUNDS: Extract security holding information for all registered mutual funds that report their holdings with the SEC, plus 3,000 global funds.

THOMSON/REFINITIV DATA can be accessed through the Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) platform, please apply for WRDS account first.
Steps for WRDS account application:
1, enter <http://wrds-web.wharton.upenn.edu>;
2, choose “Register” or click on “Register for a WRDS Account”;
3, complete the online application form;
4, after your application is approved, an email will be sent to your registered email address to lead you through the WRDS account setting;
5, log on WRDS;
