Tuition for the Master's degree programme of China Studies is 95,000RMB per year (190,000RMB in total). The deferral fee is RMB 2,500 per semester. Tuition for the Certificate programme of China Studies (CCS) is 98,000RMB in total.

Students are responsible for other types of fees. These fees include (but are not limited to) the followings:
- Travel to and from Shenzhen for all sessions at PHBS
- Accommodation and meal for all sessions at the School
- Domestic Travel within different cities in China
- Fees for visa and residence permit
- Textbooks and other learning materials
